Ltd. founded in 1992, is a corporate holding company operational in areas of Construction, Consultancy, Construction Management, Property Development, Manufacturing, Education, Finance, and Health ad Hospitality. The organization is looking for competent and qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. RECOVERY MANAGER
Recovery Manager will be responsible for managing recovery related administration tasks and control activities; monitoring bad debts and developing plans for recovery; preparing cash flow projections and collections.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> Master’s degree in Management
> At least 2 years of recovery experience.

2. RECOVERY OFFICER
Recovery Officer will be responsible for the administration and implementation of recovery process; dealing with clients and negotiating on outstanding payments and initiating recovery action; providing administrative and practical support to improve the revenue recovery process.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelor’s degree in Management
> At least 1 year of collection and recovery experience

3. ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible foe effective execution of annual sales action plan; developing and maintaining relationship with prospective and existing clients; generating satisfactory cash flow.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> Master’s degree in management with specialization in sales and marketing
> At least 3 years of sales experience.

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales lead and pitching products to corporate clients; maintaining public relation; promoting companies product through corporate marketing; researching customers needs.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> BBA degree in sales/marketing (MBA in Marketing would be added advantage)
> At least 2-3 years of business developing experience.

5. MARKETING OFFICER
Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative ways to communicate with clients and customers; improving annual sales and executing marketing plans; assist in various marketing events and ensure branding and visibility of company projects.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelor’s degree in marketing
> At least 2 years of marketing experience.

6. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, cost control, site supervision, quality assurance and reports generation for progress of engineering activities of CE’s Solu Hydro Electric Project at Solukhumbhu.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
> At least 3 years of civil or hydro power construction e
