CBIL Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd., is an established and leading Investment/Merchant Bank of Nepal.The Company has currently been working in the field of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking Sectors that includes Investment Management (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management), RTA/RTS services, Issue Management, Underwriting etc.

1. Merchant Banking Department Head (AM/Officer level staff- (Required -1)
> MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Management or equivalent for a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 3 years relevant work experience in capital market of Nepal or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA (preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in capital market, especially issue management). The candidates should have understanding of securities market, including good understanding of governing acts an regulations for capital market as well as thorough knowledge of merchant banking business of Nepal with hands on experience of managing DMAT, RTS/RTA, Issue (IPO / FPO / rights / auction) and underwriting.

2. Issue Management Staff (Assistant to Supervisor Level staff) – (Required -Few)
> BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Economics/Management or equivalent from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 1 year work experience in issue management (IPO/FPO/rights/auction issue) of Nepal. The candidate should have understanding of securities market, including good understanding of governing acts and regulations for issue management as well as knowledge of overall Issue (IPO /FPO / rights / auction) management process.

3. Assistant Level Staffs – (Required – Few)
> BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Economic/Management or equivalent from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.
