1. Portfolio Officer (Jr. Assistant to Officer - Few)
Job Specification
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year

Other Specification
Department: Portfolio Management Services

Education, Qualification & Experience:
> CA/ACCA/CFA/MBA (Specialization in Finance)
> Previous Experience of at least 1 year in Investment Analysis and Management preferable

Knowledge & Skills:
> Strong Financial Analysis skills
> Excellent Oral & written communication skills
> Highly confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic and intuitive
> Demonstrable experience in marketing together and the potential and attitude required to learn
> Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
> Ability to work under pressure

Job Description
> Responsible for creating and managing investment allocations for private clients
> Work with individuals and families, while others focus their attention on institutional or corporate investors
> portfolio manager follows a predetermined strategy for investment, dictated by an investment policy statement (IPS), to achieve a client's investment objectives
> sell securities in an investor's account to maintain a specific investment strategy or objective over time

2. Research Officer (Jr. Assistant to Officer - Few)
Job Specification
> Education Level : Bachelor
> Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year

Department: Research

Education, Qualification & Experience:
> CA/ACCA/BBA/MBA (Specialization in Finance)
> Relevant Experience of at least 1 year preferable

Knowledge & Skills:
> Interest and understanding of financial analysis and capital market data management
> Ability to work with financial models and proficiency in MS Excel
> Excellent Oral & written communication skills

Job Description
> Devise individual learning plans
> Conduct appraisals
> Produce training materials for in-house courses
> Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages
> Manage the delivery of training and development programmes

> Evaluate training and development programmes

> Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent preferable
> Relevant Experience of at least 1 year preferable

> Highly confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic and intuitive
> Demonstrable experience in marketing together and the potential and attitude required to learn
> Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
> Ability to make calls and deal with the prospective clients
> Ability to work under pressure
> Having two-wheeler/license will have an advantage

Job Description
> compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
> analyzing questionnaires
> writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
> organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
> assisting with promotional activities
> visiting customers/external agencies
> helping to organize market research
