Job Summary
Drive Business Working Capital product management for business growth initiatives. Responsible for process, policy, and execution monitoring and Driving digitization to enhance client experience. In the governance front, oversee SME business risks and issues, ensuring timely closure, and implement control measures. Refresh audit terms to meet current needs and ensure compliance. Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate training to keep the business audit-ready.

Strategy
- Drive strategic initiatives for Business Working Capital (BWC) product to improve Return on Tangeble Equity (ROTE)

Business
- Drive enablers for BWC product

Processes
- Drive process improvement initiatives to make SME business fit for growth and audit read

Governance
- Robust controls to spot red flags on time in processes and policies

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience

SME product knowledge
Qualifications
Education: Masters degree

Experience: at least 5 years experience in banking, preferably in SME Banking function
