NIC ASIA Capital Limited, a subsidiary of NIC ASIA Bank Limited, is one of the leading merchant banks in Nepal, seeks dynamic, pragmatic, self motivated and passionate to join with us in the following positions:

1. Business Development Department
- Requirement: Few
- Job Grade: OFFICER LEVEL

Minimum Qualification/Experience Required:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
- Requirement: Few
- Investment Banking/Merchant Banking experience of at least 5 years in case of Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in case of Master's Degree.

2. Merchant Banking Department
- Requirement: Few
- Job Grade: Supervisor to Officer Level

Minimum Qualification/Experience Required:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Management or Equivalent or Semi qualified CA
- Investment Banking/Merchant Banking experience of at least 5 years incase of Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in case of Master's Degree.

3. Legal Department
- Requirement: Few
- Job Grade: OFFICER LEVEL

Minimum Qualification/Experience Required:
- Master of Laws (LLM)
- Requirement: 1
- At least 2 years experience in related industry with thorough understanding of merger & acquisition, private placement, fund raising, regulatory, compliance and related areas.

4. Research/Corporate Advisory Department
- Requirement: Few
- Job Grade: Officer Level

Minimum Qualification/Experience Required:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Management or Equivalent. CFA candidates will be given priority.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Capital Market or Banking Industry in case of Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in case of Master's Degree.
