The appointment to the vacant posts is subject to the fulfillment of the selection requirements and processes as specified in the relevant University Rules, Directives, and Decisions. Information about the minimum educational qualifications, experiential prerequisites, other requirements, the selection methods to be used, and the documents to be submitted are available on the KU Web Page (https://ku.edu.np). The eligible and interested candidates may apply by completing the online form available at https://hrd.ku.edu.np /application from 22 August 2025. The applicant must also upload a voucher of Rs. 1,500 as the application fee while submitting the application form. Other applicable fees for participation in the selection process shall be as specified and are payable on or before collecting the candidature confirmation card.

The last date to submit the completed application is 11 September 2025 by 4:00 PM. The University will inform the shortlisted candidates for participation in the next stage of the selection process. It will not entertain the applications and documents submitted after the deadline.
