The Hotel Imperial Kathmandu is a new neighborhood fine dining restaurant and event space that strives to create food experiences that are honest, inclusive and memorable with Multi Cuisine Style. Following are the requirements with our new start:

Restaurant Manager (F&B)
> Job Location: Kathmandu
> No. of Vacancy: 1

Job Specifications:
> Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
> Proficiency in English.
> Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft office and Internet browsing.
> Should have good communication skill.

Job Description:
> Manage all Food & Beverage or day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
> Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
> Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
> Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
> Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
> Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
> Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
> Comply with all health and safety regulations.
> Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Front Desk Officer (Male)
> Job Location: Kathmandu
> No. of Vacancies: 2

Job Specifications:
> Should have good communication skill.
> Should be polite and well mannered.
> Knowledge of MS Office.
> Smart and pleasant personality.

Job Description:
> Greet guests and patrons as they arrive.
> Ask if guests have a prior booking.
> Manage the registration process.
> Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate.
> Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
> Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
> Manage accurate accounting of all rooms.
> Provide guests with room keys and call for bellboys.
> Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person.
> Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities and travel directions.
> Refer guests to appropriate departments to resolve complaints or provide suggestions.
> Compute bills and take payments.
> Provide guests with directions around the hotel.
> Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported.
> Explain appropriate use of keys and ensure that guests are satisfied with the rooms allotted to them.

Host (Female)
> Job Location: Kathmandu
> No. of Vacancies: 2
> Job Specifications:
> Should have min 2 years of work exp. into hospitality industry.
> Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality.
> Should be polite and well mannered.
> Knowledge of MS Office is must.

Job Description:
> Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door.
> Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
> Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service.
> Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed.
> Learn food and beverage menu.
> Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff.
> Answer phones and schedule reservations with large part.

Service Man
> Job Location: Kathmandu
> No. of Vacancies: 2

Job Specifications:
> Should have min 2 years of work exp. into hospitality industry.
> Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality.
> Should be polite and well mannered.
> Knowledge of MS Office is must.

Job Description:
> Maintaining accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
> Developing customer service manual and implementing it.
> Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
> Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects.
