Kathmandu University (KU) calls for applications for admission into the following undergraduate programs for the academic year 2026/2027.

Entrance Examination:
- Entrance Type: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Entrance Centers: Dhulikhel, Lalitpur, Butwal, Biratnagar, Pokhara
- Candidates are required to appear in the entrance exam in either PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), according to their choice of academic program.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Students who have completed +2 in Science or equivalent Students who have already passed grade XI (or equivalent) and are awaiting for grade XII (or equivalent) results
- A minimum of 50% marks or 2.0 CGPA out of 4 in aggregate or equivalent
NOTES
1. Applied Physics students have the option to earn the dual degree of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics by completing the additional courses of Computational Mathematics.
2. Bioinformatics/Biotechnology students have the option to earn the dual degree of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology by completing the additional courses of Biotechnology/Bioinformatics.
3. For Bachelor of Pharmacy, the admission procedure and entrance examination will be conducted by the Medical Education Commission (MEC).
4. For Bachelor in Health Informatics, please contact the Department of Health Informatics for the admission procedure and entrance exam modality
5. Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) program is offered at KU affiliated colleges.
