Tribhuvan University BSc (Bachelor of Science) Entrance Examination Form Fill Up Notice 2083: 29 June 2026
Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (TUIoST), Dean Office Kirtipur has published regarding application form Fill up for entrance examination of Bachelor of Science (BSc) programs for the 2083 session.

Eligibility/Criteria
1. Students should have passed I.Sc., +2 Science, A level or equivalent examination by taking at least 100 marks of English subject.
- For enrollment in the Biology group, students must have studied Chemistry, and Biology of 200 marks each and passed in the second division or score at least a final grade C in each subject.  They should have passed other subjects and secure atleast GPA 1.6.
- For the enrollment in Physical Group, students must have studied Physics and Mathematics of 200 marks each and passed in the second division or score at least a final grade C in each subject.  They should have passed other subjects and secure atleast GPA 1.6.

2. For those studying A-Level:
a. For those who wish to study in the Biological Group:
- Must have passed both Chemistry and Biology with a Final Grade D (with or without small letter).
- Must have passed all other subjects with at least a Grade E.

b. For those who wish to study in the Physical Group:
- Must have passed both Physics and Mathematics with a Final Grade D.
- Must have passed other subjects with at least a Grade E.

3. Foreign Qualifications:Those who have passed from international academic institutions must provide an equivalency certificate from the Curriculum Development Center, Sanothimi.

- Application Form Submission Deadline (Normal Fee): Bhadra 5, 2083 (August 21, 2026)
- Application Form Submission Deadline (Double Fee): Bhadra 10, 2083 (August 26, 2026)
- Form Fee: Rs. 1,100 (Normal Fee) / Rs. 2,200 (Double Fee)
- Entrance Examination Date: Bhadra 20, 2083 (Saturday) at 11:30 AM
- Online Application Form: Applicant should submit fill this application form at TU IOST and submit. Can be filled at https://iost.tu.edu.np

Entrance Examination Details
The BSc entrance examination consists of 100 Marks in an Objective/Multiple Choice format based on the Class 11 & 12 curriculum. The exam time duration is 2 Hours. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.  Students must obtain at least 35% to pass the entrance exam.

Group A: Chemistry or Physics    
- Mark: 40    
- Curriculum: Class 11 & 12

Group B: Biology or Mathematics
- Mark: 40    
- Curriculum: Class 11 & 12
    
Group D: English Aptitude Test
- Mark: 20
- Curriculum: Class 11 & 12
