Kathmandu University School of Arts announces the opening of admissions for the following programs for 2023 August intake:

Undergraduate Programs
> Bachelor in Media Studies (BMS) |
> Bachelor in Community Development (BCD) |
> Bachelor in Yogic Sciences & Well Being (BYSW) |
>  Bachelor in Economics (BECON) |
> Bachelor of Arts in Music (BMus) |
> Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) |
> Bachelor of Craft and Design (BCDes)

Eligibility for Bachelor programs:
Nepali or Non-Nepali national with 10+2 or equivalent level education of at least 1.60 CGPA or 40% in aggregate. (applicants with transcripts issued by NEB before 2022 should have minimum of 2.0 CGPA or 45% in aggregate). GCE Advanced Level students should have passed minimum three subjects in A Level and one general paper in AS Level with minimum 40% PUM in aggregate.

Graduate Programs
> Masters in Media Studies (MMS)
> Master in Urban Studies (MUS)
> Master of Arts in Music (MMus)

Eligibility for Master Programs:
Nepali or Non-Nepali national with a minimum of 2.0 CGPA out of 4 or 45% or second division marks in aggregate.

Deadline to Apply:
July 14, 2023 for Master in Media Studies and MA in Music; July 27, 2023 for Master in Urban Studies

Scholarships
> Merit-based scholarship for semester toppers
> Need-based scholarship for students from low-income families
> Scholarship for Lalitpur Metropolitan City
> Student exchange opportunity at Western Sydney University (3-5 students/ year)
> UGC formula funding scheme for Master level programs

20% of the total approved seats (10% for foreign students, and the rest to maintain the inclusion policy) are reserved in each program.
