Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level (10 + 2) or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal

- Age Limit: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 45 yrs

- At least 3 months of training in basic computer skills
