Entrance Examination Details
- Online Application Submission Starts: 2082/04/21 (6th August, 2025)
- Online Application Submission Deadline: 2082/05/12 (28th August, 2025)
- Entrance Examination Date: 2082/05/13 (29th August, 2025, Friday)
- Entrance Exam Time: 3 PM to 5 PM.

- Application will be accepted only from the online link - https://entrance.pusoe.edu.np  which will be available from 2082/04/21 (6th August, 2025).
- The application fee is NRs.1600.
- Entrance Card will be available to download from candidate’s user account created during the online application.

Eligibility
1. Candidates must have studied at least one course on Physics (P), Chemistry (C), and Mathematics (M) and completed the SLC (class 12) examination of NEB or equivalent level from a recognized academic institution.
2. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% or a CGPA of 2 (in a scale of 4) and at least Grade C (at least Grade D in case of A-level) or 45% in each subject (P, C, and M). The minimum criteria for Grade C (in case of A-level: Grade D) do not apply for extra courses, if any.
3. Candidates must have secured at least 100 marks in mathematics in the SLC (class 12) examination of NEB or equivalent level.
4. Candidates who are awaiting the results of class 12 or equivalent in the science stream can also apply.

Fee Structure
- The total fee in 4 years, for BE-Civil is NRs. 6,23,000 and a security deposit of NRs. 20,000 (Refundable).
- The total fee in 4 years, for BE-Computer, BE-Software, BE-IT, BE-Electrical & Electronics and BE Mechanical is NRs. 5,87,200 and a security deposit of NRs. 20,000 (Refundable).
