Admission Notice: Tribhuvan University MFC (Master of Finance and Control)

The School of Management at Tribhuvan University (SOMTU) invites applications for admission to the MBA Finance and Control (MFC) program for the 2022 fall session.

The MBA Finance and Control (MFC) at School of Management at Tribhuvan University is designed to develop professional skills in students particularly needed to successfully manage financial institutions tremendously growing and expanding all over the world due to economic liberalization, globalization and digitalization of technology. This program strives both to deepen knowledge in applied finance and develop controlling skills by using technology relevant for finance and control careers.

Eligibility
- Only applicants having completed at least 15 years of formal education (12 years of schooling plus 3 years of Bachelor's level) with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or 45 percent in Bachelor's level from universities recognized by Tribhuvan University may apply. Applicants who have completed Bachelor's level of education but are awaiting final results may also apply.

Application Procedures and Dates:
The candidates need to apply online by filling up the online application form by visiting www.somatmba.com. The last date for online application submission for admission to MBA (FC) Program 2022 fall session is 06 September 2022 (4 pm).

There will be a written entrance test (SOMAT) comprising of Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Issue-based Essay Writing, and Case Analysis. This will be followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview based on the merit list of the written test. The schedule for the entrance test will be notified later.
