TU Program Schedule for 51th Convocation Ceremony (Convocation Gown/ Scarf/ Cap distribution): 13 December 2025
 Tribhuvan University, Office of the controller of Examination, Balkhu has published notice regarding Convocation Gown/ Scarf/ Cap distribution and program schedule  for 51th Convocation Ceremony which is going to be held on Poush 10, 2082 (Thursday), December 25, 2025, at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwor.

As per notice, Participants students are requested to be in their respective Convocation Gown/ Scarf/ Cap and should enter Pulchowk ground at 10:00 AM and sit accordingly as per seating arrangement. Students receiving the scholarship (P.hd) and convocation medal prizes are requested to sit in the front of the bar as per seating arrangement.

Details regarding the distribution of Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap:
> Distribution date: From  Poush 01 to Poush 08, 2082 (December 16 to December 23, 2024) (including holidays)
> Time:  10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
> Required Documents: It is mandatory to bring the Gown Collection Card and Participation Form received while completing the Online Form to participate in the convocation.
> Venue: TU Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu

Note: Gowns, scarves, and hats will not be distributed at the ceremony venue from Poush 09, 2082 to Poush 10, 2082. Students must collect them by the Poush 08, 2082.

Details regarding the submission of Convocation Gown/Scarf/Cap:
> Submission date:  From Poush 13 to the end of Poush, at TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including holidays).
> Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including holidays).
> Venue: Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu

Students who attend the ceremony but cannot collect their certificates on the day and those who applied to participate but could not attend can collect their certificates later from the TU Examination Control Office, Records, and Certificates Division, Room No. 3, Balkhu.

Late Fees for Returning Gowns/Scarves/Hats:
The following late fees will be deducted for delayed returns:
- From 2082/10/01 to 2081/10/07: NPR 100/-
- From 2082/10/08 to 2081/10/15: NPR 200/-
- From 2082/10/16 to 2081/10/22: NPR 300/-
- From 2082/10/23 to 2081/10/30: NPR 400/-
- From 2082/11/01 to the end of Falgun: NPR 500/-

Tribhuvan University 51st Convocation Form Filling Notice : 3 September 2025
Tribhuvan University's Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published a notice regarding form-filling notice to participate in Tribhuvan University's 51st Convocation. The form must be completed online.

Qualified candidates (who have passed the following exams and received their transcripts on the following dates) interested in participating in Tribhuvan University's 51st Convocation should fill out the application form online between Ashar 1, 2081 to Jestha 31, 2082.

Eligibility
Students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams for Bachelor, Master or M.Phil, or Ph.D. and got the transcript between Ashar 1, 2081 to Jestha 31, 2082 (15th June 2024 to 14th June 2025) are eligible to apply.

FEE DESCRIPTION
If student wants to take their Guardian (Maximum Number: 2) in the Convocation Program, then they have to pay Non-Refundable Charge of NPR 300 Rupees for Guardian.

Fee Description as follows:
> Level:Bachelor level
Convocation Fee:2,200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 3,700

> Level:Masters and M.Phil
Convocation Fee:2700 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4200

> Level:PhD
Convocation Fee: 3200 , Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4700

Application Submission Period:
- Application Begins On: Bhadra 18, 2082 (September 3, 2025)
- Application Submission Deadline: Ashwin 31, 2082 (October 17, 2025)    

Required Documents
Applicants must upload the following documents (scan copy) while submitting the online form:
- MRP size photo
- Citizenship certificate
- Transcript of the completed academic level

After submission, all PDF documents should be printed and kept safely. When collecting gown and scarf later, these documents should be submitted to the designated branch of the Examination Control Office for verification and stamping.
