Established in 2009, the School of Engineering (SoE) is a constituent school under the Faculty of Sciences & Technology of Pokhara University. SoE is committed to pursuing high standard professional and academic excellence in the field of Engineering. Currently, SoE is offering ten Engineering programs in Bachelor’s and Master’s level in different disciplines. All the Engineering courses are interdisciplinary course with new focus in technology.

It aims to deal with the emerging thrust of 21st century on technical minds by producing highly committed and competent professionals, engineering, entrepreneurs, enthusiast academics and researchers in the international market of related sector.

Pokhara University's School of Engineering has implemented four-year academic bachelor programs based on a credit-semester system with continuous internal evaluations. The University's academic year is divided into two 16-week semesters. The fall semester begins in September, while the spring semester begins in March. Fresh admissions are typically granted at the start of the fall semester.
