Practical exposure—where feasible—may include observational assignments, basic assessment exercises, and reflective practice that connect classroom concepts to real-world settings. The program also supports personal growth by encouraging self-awareness, empathy, and communication skills, helping students reflect on their own values, biases, and goals as emerging professionals.
