Course Description:

Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA Economics) of Tribhuvan University is a four-year undergraduate program which designed to give students a strong foundation in economic theory, policy analysis, and quantitative methods. The course focuses on understanding economic systems, resource allocation, and development strategies, preparing graduates for academia, government, the private sector, and research careers.

Objective of Course:
- To be able to understand and apply micro and macro economics tools and concepts
- To be able to apply the mathematical and statistical functions in derivatives of economic trends and structures
- To be able to apply the instruments and techniques of economic principles in development, planning and national economic outputs of Nepal
- To gain knowledge of broad terms like public finance, nepalese industry and trade, national infrastructures from the synthesis of economic principles,   matrices         and issues to solve national problems of this frontier.
- To advance with applied areas of study in academic research, report writing, market based data collecting and processing skills and techniques.
- To develop careers from academic qualifications in areas of monetary involvement, reforms and developments of economic growth and sustainence.
