Position: Business Analyst
> Job Type: Full-Time
> Experience: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities:
> Collaborate with management to understand information needs for strategic decision-making.
> Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
> Generate reports and dashboards to present information to decision-makers.
> Conduct competitor analysis including industry trends and benchmarks.
> Gather market intelligence.
> Collaborate in the budgeting and business target-setting processes.
> Monitor and track performance metrics to assess company performance.
> Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and analyze MIS workbooks.
> Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain MIS Software and application.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or related field.
> 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
> Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools.
> Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
> Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
