Position: Compliance and Risk Officer

Compliance and Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for overseeing the credit risk management framework of the company. This role involves monitoring and evaluating credit risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.

Educational Qualification: CA/ Masters in Management from a recognized university.

Job Specifications:    
- Minimum three years of experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in the credit department/ credit risk department. Able to implement risk management methodologies for lending and operational risk in the Finance.
- Ensure the organization’s risk management policies and strategies are in compliance. Due analysis of credit files, risk grading and forwarding for approval. Responsible to maintain overall compliance as per prevailing laws, NRB directives, etc.
- Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
