Job Description
> Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the capital market.
> Lead and oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
> Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators and industry partners.
> Provide visionary leadership to inspire and guide teams towards achieving company objectives.

Requirements:
> Master's degree in economics, commerce, finance, accounting, management, or possess recognized qualifications such as CA/CFA/ACCA from esteemed institutions.
> Demonstrated a track record of exceptional leadership, managerial prowess, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
> Minimum of ten years of extensive experience in the capital market, banking, or financial institutions, with at least five years in senior management roles.
> In-depth familiarity with both domestic and international merchant banking practices and regulatory frameworks.
