VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited (LS Capital), a wholly owned subsidiary of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, invites applications from dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic, self- motivated, and passionate Nepali citizens interested in pursuing their career with LS Capital for the following position.

1. RESEARCH/PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICES/MUTUAL FUND/SIF- OFFICER LEVEL [4]

Requirements:
- MBA or Master's Degree in Management/Economics/Finance or a CA/ACCA/CFA qualification from a recognized institution, with 3 years of experience in a similar role. Should have an understanding of Nepalese capital markets products and services, banking procedures, financial research and analysis, risk-return analysis, private equity and venture capital, and other investment banking activities.
- Should have exposure in Financial Modelling, Financial Projection, Due Diligence, and Equity Research Analysis.
- Should have a pleasant and an outgoing personality; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS - OFFICER LEVEL [2]

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related field, with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- CA/ACCA/CFA or Semi-Qualified CA will be preferred for applicants applying to the Finance and Accounts Department.
- Specialization in Marketing will be preferred for applicants applying to the Business Development Department.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations for the finance and accounts department.
- Should have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICES/MUTUAL FUND - ASSISTANT LEVEL [2]

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Should have a strong understanding of capital markets, PMS structures, Mutual funds, and their regulations.
- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
