Position: Multimedia Specialist
- Department: Marketing & Communications

Job Summary:
The Multimedia Specialist will support the Bank’s Digital and Media Relations initiatives by developing basic graphic and multimedia content for internal and digital communication platforms. The role involves creating visually consistent communication materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting branding initiatives, and assisting with basic video and multimedia tasks to ensure effective and timely communication aligned with the Bank’s brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia in an agency environment will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and similar software
- Basic understanding of design principles, layouts, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively
- Skills in video creation and editing
- Knowledge of AI-based graphics and video tools

Key Competencies:
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete multiple design tasks within given timelines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders
- Basic creative and visual sense for layouts, colors, and design presentation
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with the ability to respond to changing requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop basic graphic designs for internal and digital communication platforms in line with the Bank’s branding guidelines
- Create and update internal communication materials such as flyers, posters, digital posts, banners, and presentations
- Coordinate with departments to understand communication objectives, content requirements, and timelines
- Support branding and visual communication initiatives across internal and external touchpoints
- Assist in basic video creation, editing, and multimedia content support, where required
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and archives
- Support the Digital and Media Relations team in day-to-day activities
