Posiiton: Associate – Legal, Credit Services
- Department: Legal, Credit Services

Minimum Criteria Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- 6 months of experience in banking and/or related fields preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and vet loan-related legal and security documents
- Draft legal documents, agreements, notices, and consortium-related security documents
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and business units to ensure legal compliance
- Manage documentation and system uploads for legal vetting
- Provide legal opinions on credit and security-related matters
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure document completeness
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal team
