Incorporated in March 2013, Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Ltd (GILB) started commercial operations from May 2013 as a 10-district level retail MFI. The company was later upgraded to 45-district level retail MFI in October 2017 and subsequently as a national level MFI in January 2019.

AGE LIMIT
- Managerial:  Level: Should have completed 21 years and should not exceed 50 years
 - Officer Level: Should have completed 21 years and should not exceed 40 years
- Assistant Level: Should have completed 18 years and should not exceed 35 years.
(Five years will be added to the upper age limit in case of female candidates). There is no age limit for the employees working in this organization

Examination Type:
- Written Examination/ Practical / Interview or all
- Preference: Candidates with a two-wheeler driving license.
