VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
NLG, a leading and well-established general insurance company invites application from the dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens with excellent insurance professional skills for the post of Claim Manager at Head Office.

CLAIM MANAGER

Academic Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate having Master Degree, should have work experience at least in the position of officer level for at least 3 years in insurance sector or banking and financial institutions, or
- The candidate having Bachelor Degree in Management or any other subjects or equivalent to Bachelor Degree, should have work experience at least in the position of officer level for at least 5 years in insurance sector, or
- The candidate having Bachelor Degree with Fellowship in Insurance Profession Studies, or
- The candidate having Bachelor Degree with Associateship in Insurance Profession Studies, should have work experience at least 3 years in insurance sector, or
- The candidate having Bachelor Degree, should have work experience at least in the position of officer level for at least 10 years in Banking and Financial Institutions or Other Corporate Organizations, or The candidate having Chartered Accountancy, should have work experience at least 3 years, or The candidate having Bachelor Degree in Engineering, should have work experience at least 5 years. The candidate should have work experience as surveyor of Engineering Portfolios at least 10 years (Preferable).
- He/she should not be disqualified as provided under Insurers Corporate Good Governance Directive 2080.
- The candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- The prospective candidate is expected to look after all the portfolios of claims processing and settlement.
- Provide direction and leadership for achieving claim department's objectives.
- Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Age should not more than 45 years of Notice publication.

Remuneration: As per Company's Rule.
