1. Legal Officer (Officer Level)

Required No.: One
> Candidates must have minimum LLB degree from a recognized university
> Must have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations as well as Corporate/Banking Laws etc.
> Must have practical experiences of the Banking/legal case analysis, court proceedings
> Strong Legal Case Drafting and analytical skills
> Excellent communication and writing skills, Nepali typing is a must
> Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

2. Information Security Officer (Officer Level)

Required No.: One
> Minimum of Bachelor’s degree either in computer science/ information technology or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology. Appropriate Certification or training is required, such as CISA, CISM or CISSP. Preference will be given to professional technical certification such as MCP/CCNA
> Minimum 1 year of experience as Information Security Practitioner or Auditor
> Good knowledge of Information Security Practices, Tools and Procedures.
> Good knowledge of Security issues in network, web application and ISO integrations.
> Good knowledge of Network, Servers and Software Applications.

CISA = Certified Information System Auditor
CISM= Certified Information Security Manager
CISSP= Certified Information Systems Security Professional
MCP= Microsoft Certified Professional
CCNA= Cisco Certified Network Associate

3. IT Assistant (Assistant Level)

Required No.: Few
> Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in BSc, CSIT, BCA, BIM or equivalent degree and professional experience in Information Technology.
> Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in PUMORI IV application and maintenance.

Other required skills:
> The applicant must be a Nepali Citizen.
> Well versed with MS Office tools and ability to use various financial models.
> Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
> Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
> Ability to complete tasks timely and independently with minimal work supervision.
> Excellent organizing and documentation skills.
> Must have 2 wheeler’s driving license.
