Position: Associate Coordinator
- Level: Junior Officer

Job Description:
Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to join the team. The role will be primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of various NBA Committees/Sub-Committees and supporting the successful execution of the Association’s programs and events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling/managing meetings of NBA Committees and Sub-Committees;
- Prepare Minutes/Reports of the Committees and take necessary actions or make follow-ups as decided in the meetings;
- Coordination with NBA Provincial-level Committees;
- Provide administrative and operational support to Committee Members;
- Support to conduct programs/activities of the Association;
- Build and maintain strong networks with member banks and external stakeholders;
- Travel different parts of country to execute and participate the program/events;
- Closely work with team members on various engagements/projects;
- Ensure timely and effective execution of assigned responsibilities;
- Conduct any other additional duties handed time-to-time.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar degree; Master’s degree preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience of minutes drafting and event hosting preferred;
- Knowledge of banking industry preferred;
- Expert in all MS-Office applications;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proficient time management skills and ability to work independently;
- Must hold 2-wheeler license.
