Gurkhas Finance Limited a well-established National Level Finance Company invites applications from self motivated & result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following position:

Position: Senior Manager
- No. of Vacancy: 1
- Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the department’s strategic and operational goals
- Ensure effective risk management, compliance and service excellence
- Develop and implement plans to achieve business growth targets
- Supervise, motivate, and guide team members for optimal performance
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance or Banking from renowned university
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a manager level, (Preferred Development Bank and Commercial Bank)
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, operations and banking products
- Age: Below 45 years as of the application deadline
