VACANCY NOTICE
A Leading National Level Microfinance Institution seeks applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

1. Assistant Manager - 1

Qualification & Experience
- Must have passed Chartered Accountancy from a recognized institution and licensed by ICAN.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institution.

2. Senior Officer - 1

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors’ Degree in Management Faculty from recognized institution and at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training department of Banks and Financial Institution at one level below than applied position, or
- Masters’ Degree in Management Faculty from recognized institution and at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training department of Banks and Financial Institution at one level below than applied position,

For both positions:
Age Criteria : Age should not exceed 40 years as on application deadline with minimum age of 21 years.

Selection Process : Powerpoint Presentation and Interview

Salary, allowances and other facilities : As per Institution’s policies.
