- Grade: Associate Level

- Offered Salary: Rs 43,000/- per month
- Job Location: Jumla

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banks and financial institution or other marketing organizations
- Age not exceeding 35 years as of date of application
- The candidate must be a Nepali citizen, a local resident and currently residing at Jumla

Job Description
- Lead and manage all operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business targets
- Drive sales growth and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance and service excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards
