Duties
The incumbent supports and coordinates administrative functions for the Public Diplomacy (PD) Section. The incumbent assists public engagement and strategic content teams with program/activity implementation. The incumbent is responsible for grants administration, budget tracking, staff time & attendance and travel. The incumbent serves as the PD Section’s primary point of contact, providing accurate, timely, and high-quality customer service to visitors.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a security certificate.

All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Education Requirements: At least two years of study at a college or university is required.
