Duties
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Management Specialist, the incumbent performs various administrative and Human Resources support functions. The incumbent processes upon arrival/residential visas and diplomatic identity cards for eligible employees and their dependents. The incumbent prepares necessary documents and visits the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consular Department, and the Immigration Office to process visas and diplomatic ID cards. The incumbent assists with HR information management and data entry.

The incumbent prepares earning/employment certification and processes outside employment paperwork. The incumbent orders and maintains expendable supplies for HR Office use. The incumbent provides visitor support services for HR and manages HRO’s and HR Office event calendar. The incumbent serves as HR timekeeper and back up to other HR team members as and when required.
