You are invited to the Linden Tours U.S. University Fair 2013, a USEF-Nepal supported event!

Meet directly with Admissions Officers from ten U.S. colleges and universities! Come to the Linden Tours U.S. University Fair at the Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel (Tahachal) on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2013!

Fair Hours:
2:00-5:00 p.m. (come any time! -- fairs tend to be less crowded later in the afternoon.)

Optional Presentations (limited seats):
1:30 p.m. – Tips on Choosing a U.S. University
2:30 p.m. – Tips on Choosing a U.S. University (repeat).

Entry to the fair is FREE! All you need to do is pre-register online at www.lindentours.com, print out your “student barcode pass,” and bring it for entry to the fair. The fair is open to both undergraduate and graduate applicants.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to www.lindentours.com
2. Under the STUDENTS menu, click on REGISTER FOR A FAIR.
3. Check the “attending” box next to the event listed at Crowne Plaza Hotel Kathmandu – Soaltee, and then click the orange ‘Register Now’ button.
4. Fill the Registration Form and click on ‘Submit.’
5. Print out your ‘Student Barcode Pass.’ You must BRING your registration printout to the fair on Saturday, February 16.

TRANSPORTATION
Free shuttle busses will run between USEF-Nepal’s gate (Gyaneswor) and Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel. The schedule is as follows. As there is limited space on the busses, we encourage interested students to kindly be present well in advance of the bus departure time. Please note that the shuttle busses will not make any stops on the way.

Departure from USEF-Nepal:
1:00, 1:30. 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 p.m.

Departure from Soaltee:
1:30. 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 p.m.
