Purbanchal University Engineering Entrance Exam Center Notice: 13 September 2025
The Purbanchal University,Faculty of Engineering has published notice regarding entrance exam center notice  for new admissions to its Bachelor of Engineering programs (BE Civil/ Computer/ Electronics, Communication, and Automation/Electrical/ Geomatic/ Biomedical and B.Arch.).

As per notice,  the examination will now be held on Saturday, Asoj 4, 2082 B.S. (September 20, 2025), from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Entrance For Deadline Extension Notice: 4 September 2025
Purbanchal University, Faculty of Engineering, has published a notice regarding the deadline extension for filling out the online application form for the entrance examination for new admissions to the following engineering programs, operating in constituent and affiliated schools/campuses/colleges of Purbanchal University.

The programs include BE (Civil, Computer, Electronics Communication & Automation, Electrical, Geomatic, Biomedical) and Bachelor in Architecture (BArch), conducted by affiliated and constituent schools/campuses/colleges.

Eligibility
BE (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Communication, and Automation, Geomatic) / B. Arch Programs
The Candidate must have passed +2 Science/A /A level or Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) with a minimum 'C' Grade in English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from any recognized academic institution with a minimum of 45% marks or a GPA of 2.00 in aggregate.

BE (Biomedical) Program
The Candidate must have passed +2 Science/A /A level or Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry & Biology) with a minimum 'C' Grade in English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology from any recognized academic institution with a minimum of 45% marks or a GPA of 2.00. in aggregate.

- Application Form Submission Deadline: Bhadra 20, 2082 ( September 5, 2025)
- Submission Deadline with Late Fee: Bhadra 21, 2082 (September 6, 2025)
- Application Fee: NPR 2,000 ( for regular submission),  NPR 3,000 (for late submission)
- Entrance Examination Date: Bhadra 28, 2082 ( September 10, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM)

Scholarship Provisions:
Scholarships are awarded in accordance with the Purbanchal University Scholarship Regulations 2078 (amended 2080), with 10% of the scholarships allocated (5% based on merit and 5% reserved). Applicants in the reserved category must select the appropriate group and upload all necessary documents in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
