About Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic)
The Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) is an English language test designed to assess the readiness of non-native English speakers to participate in a university-level English language instruction program. Launched in 2009, PTE Academic is widely accepted around the world in the UK, Australia, USA and Canada. It is more accurate, objective, secure and relevant test of English. It is the English test with fast results, flexible test dates and convenient.

Students can schedule test up to twenty-four hours in advance, sit a single three-hour test session and receive results within five business days. Test scores are reported on the Global Scale of English, a standardized, numeric scale from 10 to 90.
