DAV College +2 (NEB) is conducting Inter College +2 6-A side Futsal Tournament-2018. The event will take place on 6-7 September 2018. About 25 colleges from Kathmandu Valley are expected to participate this event. The participants are +2 running students.

According to the Academic Director of the college Mr. Suman Basnet, this event will create an opportunity to all students and  colleges to project their sports quality and exchange their knowledge regarding the same. The first prize for this competition is declared 100000 (One Lakh) Nepali Rupees. The second prize is 50000 (Fifty Thousand).

The other prizes declared are for the best scorer, best player and best goal keeper, This is a League-cum knock-out game. Regarding this tournament, Dawa Lama the president of National Futsal Committee and Central Member of ANFA, opines that this type of Inter College tournament can be the milestone to the exposure of the youths and even to produce the capable players in the days to come
