BHM (Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitability & Tourism Management) four year programmeis designed to emphasis the importance of Operational Management within the context of commercialrealism. Upon the completion of four years,student receives a Bachelor Degree in International Hospitability and Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University, UK.

Eligibility For Admission
The candidates applying for BHM must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any academic stream with good command of English.

Higher Diploma in International Culinary Arts, from American Hospitality Academy, USA
With the exponential growth in demand for qualified manpower in Hotels and Restaurants both in Nepal and abroad, Silver Mountain, a leader in hospitality education field, has taken the challenge to prepare aspiring Chefs for the position.

Out of six semesters, the first three semesters will be conducted in Silver Mountain’s own state of the art facilities at Lainchour. Kitchen has been designed and built specially for the course. Students intern at a Five Star Hotels in Nepal on the fourth semester. Fifth and sixth semesters however will be paid internship in the USA. Diploma in Culinary Arts course is specially designed for students who have decided on their career path and want to specialize in food production. Students who have completed 12th class with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for DICA program.
