Tribhuvan University (TU) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Delhi-based Lovely Professional University (LPU) to promote quality education for students.

The collaboration would commence and facilitate academic research, students and faculty exchange and high technology transfer between the two universities.

The MoU was signed by TU Rector Prof Guna Nidhi Neupane and LPU Registrar Dr Monica Gaulati, on behalf of TU and LPU respectively.

As per the MoU, both universities would develop various collaborative activities of mutual interest in the fields of engineering and sciences, Management and Applied Arts, Pharmacy and Applied Medical Sciences, Education and Humanities and others.

There would be academic and administrative personnel exchange, development of research proposal and joint work to seek funding, exchange of academic information, materials and facilities and promotion of academic, cultural, sports and co-curricular activities.
