Rajarshi Janak University (RJU),Central Examination and Records Office, has published regarding Convocation Form Filling Notice for its 1st Convocation Ceremony. The convocation is scheduled for Jestha 27, 2082 BS .

This grand ceremony celebrates the achievements of graduates who have successfully completed their undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Eligibility
Eligible students who have passed their undergraduate or postgraduate level under the semester examination system and received their transcripts by Jestha 5, 2082, or will complete the level by that date, are eligible to apply for the convocation ceremony.

Eligible graduates must submit their application—either offline or online—following the procedure outlined below. Applications must reach the Central Examination and Records Office by Jestha 20, 2082.

- Convocation Date: Jestha 27, 2082 BS ( June 10, 2025 )
- Form Submission Period: Jestha 14–20, 2082 BS ( May 28 - June 3, 2025 )
- Eligible Students: Graduates (Bachelor's/Master's) under the semester system who have received transcripts by Jestha 5, 2082 BS
- Application Mode: Offline or Online via https://convocation.rju.edu.np/
- The application must be submitted to the Central Examination and Records Center, Janakpurdham within the deadline following the prescribed procedures.

- Passport Size Photo (MRP-size)
- Citizenship certificate
- Transcript of completed degree

Fee Details
Level: Bachelor's
- Convocation and certificate fee: NPR 2,500
- Gown/scarf deposit: NPR 1,500
- Total: NPR 4,000

Level: Master’s
- Convocation and certificate fee: NPR 3,000
- Gown/scarf deposit: NPR 1,500
- Total: NPR 4,500

Additional Notes
- Up to two guardians may accompany each graduate. An additional non-refundable fee of NPR 300 per guardian will be charged.
- Maintenance charge of NPR 300 will be deducted from the gown/scarf deposit.
- Original certificates must be collected within one year; otherwise, late fees will apply as per university regulations.
