Nepal Pharmacy Council has issued a notice concerning the 30th licensing examination for pharmacists/pharmacy assistants.

Key Details:
- Form Submission Period: From Poush 5, 2082, at 10:00 AM to Magh 5, 2082, at 12:00 Midnight
- Examination Fee: NPR 3000

Documents to be Submitted with the Application Form (Certified Copies)
For Diploma in Pharmacy:
- Passport-size photograph
- All SLC (Class 10) academic certificates
- Citizenship certificate
- All academic certificates of Diploma Level
- Equivalency certificate (for foreign boards/institutions)
- Internship certificate as per the curriculum

For Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharm):
- Passport-size photograph
- All SLC (Class 10) academic certificates
- Citizenship certificate
- All academic certificates of Diploma Level
- All academic certificates of Bachelor's Level (B. Pharm)
- Equivalency certificate (for foreign boards/institutions)
- Internship certificate as specified in the curriculum
