The National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published its academic calendar of Grade 11 and Grade 12 for the academic year 2082/2083.All the affiliated Secondary Schools are requested to follow calendar.

As per the calendar, the board exam of Class 12 will be held from from Baishakh 10, 2083 BS onwards, whereas Class 11 exam will be held from conducted after the class 12 examination and will be completed by the end of Jestha 2083 BS. The Class 12 Grade increment examination will be conducted from  Bhadra 20, 2082  BSonwards.

Similarly, the results of Class 12 will be published by the Sharwan 15, 2083 BS and Class 11 (partial/grade increment examination) within Kartik 15, 2083 BS. The retotaling result of Class 12 will be published within Bhadra 15, 2083

Registration Form Distribution Date
- Within Ashoj 10, 2082, registration forms should be sent to all students who have been admitted to grade 11.

Registration Form Submission Deadline
- Date for form fill-up: Kartik 16, 2082
- Date for form fill-up with added fee: Kartik 30, 2082
- Schools should complete the registration form with an Online Entry and submit both the Softcopy and Hardcopy to the respective board offices: Mangsir 7, 2082

Registration Card Distribution
The board will distribute the registration card to the colleges till Mangsir 28, 2082

Exam Form Details
Exam Form Distribution
- Exam forms will be distributed to the respective schools/colleges for grade 12 students from Poush 01, 2082.

Exam Form Filling Deadline
- Students participating in the 2083 annual Grade 12 examination should fill out the examination application form by Poush 30, 2082
- Date for form fill-up with late fee: Magh 15, 2082
- Schools should complete the registration form with an Online Entry and submit both the Softcopy and Hardcopy to the respective board offices: By the end of Magh, 2082

Preparation for Question Paper
- Workshop with subject experts to prepare the necessary question papers for the Grade 12 annual examination: By the end of Magh, 2082

Examination Details
Examination Time
- The timetable for the annual examination of Grade 12 regular, partial/grade increment, and class 11 (partial/grade increment) students to be conducted in the month of Baisakh will be published by Falgun 1, 2082.

Examination Center
- The examination center for the examination to be conducted in the month of Baisakh, 2083, of Grade 12 Annual and Grade 11 (Partial/Grade Increase) will be determined by Falgun 15, 2082.

Admit Card Distribution
- Admit Cards will be distributed to respective colleges by the end of Chaitra, 2082.

Examination Conduction Dates
Annual Examination of Grade 11 and 12
- Grade 12 Exam Routine 2082/83:The grade 12 annual examinations will be conducted in the Baishakh 10, 2083 onwards.
- Grade 11 Exam Routine 2082/83: The grade 11 annual examinations will be conducted after the grade 12 examination and will be completed by the end of Jestha 2083.
- Grade 11 Exam Partial/ Grade Increment Routine 2082/83 : Class 12 grade increment examination will be conducted from 2082 Bhadra 20 onwards

Publication of Results
Annual Examination Result
- Grade 12 Exam Result 2082/83 Date :The results of the annual examination of class 12 will be published by the Sharwan 15, 2083.
- Grade Increment Examination Result 2082/83 Date: The results of the partial/grade increment of class 12 will be published within Kartik 15, 2083.

Retotaling
- Retotaling Application Submission: within Sharwan 25, 2083
- Retotaling Result Publication: within Bhadra 15, 2083

Pre-requisite Course Program
- Registration application form fill up and submission: within Bhadra 13, 2082 (normal fee), within Bhadra 17, 2082 (added fee)
- Exam Application form fill up and submission:  within Bhadra 20, 2082 (normal fee), within Bhadra 24, 2082 (added fee)
- Examination Date: Bhadra 30 to Ashoj 4, 2082
- Result Publication: Within Ashoj 30, 2082
- Grade increment exam: Kartik 30, 2082
- Grade increment exam result: Within Mangsir 10.

Note: If there is a reduction in the fee or a change in the related decision, it will be informed prior to filling out the registration and application form.
