D.A.V. College has successfully organized its first ever 'D.A.V. Annual Vlog Fest -2020' for the students of MBS/BBA/BBM/BBS. The winners of this program were awarded with their respective prizes at the Sujata Hall of the college this Thursday. The program hosted the college's chairman Mr.Anil Kedia, along with the program's chief guest Dr. Dilli Raj Sharma (Dean, Faculty of Management, TU); special guest Mr. Dinesh Mani Ghimire (Assistant Dean, Faculty of Management, TU);the college's research cell and jury members as well as the students who were either present at the hall or online via zoom conferencing. The participants were given a ten days' submission time for their video blogs, which had to show how creativity can help live a stress-free life even in distressful moments.

A total of seven categories of awards were handed out to the respective winners, along with their certificates and cash prizes of up to NRs. 15,000. The Vlog posts had received numerous shares, hundreds of likes as well as comments, several thousand views and reached out to a massive number of audience online over the Internet. Amongst the submission of around 150 Vlogs, 28 were selected as outstanding ones. The competition was conducted via Facebook.
