Kathmandu, Nepal –British Model College (BMC), under the umbrella of the British Education Group and a sister organisation of The British College, Kathmandu, Nepal, celebrated one such defining milestone as three of its students earned national honours at the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards 2025, hosted by British Council Services Nepal. The prestigious award ceremony was hosted on 17th February 2026 at The Soaltee Hotel, convening the nation’s highest-achieving Cambridge learners, educators, and academic leaders.

The grand ceremony, held at The Soaltee Hotel, brought together Nepal’s most exceptional Cambridge achievers — with British Model College proudly standing among the nation’s top academic performers.

The college secured top honours across three academic disciplines in the Cambridge November 2024 examination series:

AS Level Biology – Top in Nepal
Khushbu Ningleku has been awarded the title of Nepal Topper in AS Level Biology, recognising her exceptional performance and academic excellence in the subject.

AS Level Economics – Top in Nepal
Pratikshya Ghimire achieved the highest marks in Nepal for AS Level Economics, demonstrating outstanding understanding and mastery of economic principles.

AS Level Sociology – High Achievement
Jensha Shrestha received the High Achievement distinction in AS Level Sociology, reflecting her dedication and scholarly excellence in the field.

These national recognitions stand as a testament to British Model College’s unwavering commitment to academic distinction, holistic development, and international benchmarking.
