Notice regarding 39th Convocation ceremony of TU from  Tribhuvan University,Office of the Controller of Examination, Balkhu, Kathmandu

Form fill up notice to participate in 39th Convocation of Tribhuvan University

This is to inform for all the qualified candidates (who have passed the following mentioned exams and also got the transcript in the following mentioned dates) who have interest to participate in the 39th Convocation of TU are requested to fill the application form as earlier as possible so that the form will reach TU Office of the controller of Examination, records or marksheet department within 2070 Bhadra 2 to Ashoj 1.

Application form open: From 2069 Bhadra 2
Application form will be available without paying any application form, from Examination Controller Office, Record and Marksheet division, Balkhu. Students have to show their original transcript of level for which they are going to participate in convocation.

Before submitting application form please do verify the application form from marksheet divison, take your grace number along with your original transcript.

Other materials required: Photocopy of Citizenship and one passport size photo (one).

After getting grace number form marksheet divison, deposit the fee rs. 2,000 ( convocation fee of Rs. 1000, and refundable fee for gown and scurf Rs. 1000) in Global Bank limited inside the premises of TU OCE, in the current account of TU OCE: 0501010000076, take a voucher and deposit it in Account division

Dont forget to take Grace card from account division

Eligibility
According to TU's 51th grace list, students who have passed their semester of years exams of Bachelor, or Masters or M.Phil or PhD and also got the transcript in between 2069 Jestha 27 to 2070 jestha 31 (9 June 2012 to 14 june 2013 are eligible to apply.

Application form of other candidates who do not fulfill above mentioned criteria wont be accepted.

If student want to take their guardian (max 2) in the convocation they have to pay nonrefundable fee of NPR: 200 per each guardian.
