Course Description:

Nursing is a noble, highly challenging and one of the most respected professions in Nepal and in abroad. A professionally qualified nurse is in great demand all over the world. Over the years, the profession of nursing has undergone with enormous changes. The Nursing profession has been growing up with different modest and applicable approaches that can contribute in ensuring the health of people through preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative strategies. In this light, introduction and implementation of quality education has become the principal motto of this program which envisions contributing in achieving the target of National Health Development. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a four-year course which aims to produce nursing graduates of highest academic and practical skill with competent to provide quality care in primary, secondary and tertiary levels. It prepares the nurses who can use independent judgment, decision-making process in leadership positions.
