The DAV college embarked its journey in the field of Science and Technology with B.Sc. program in 2014 with the theme "Science Illuminates the World". The College mainly focuses on Quality and Practical Education.  So due to following Specialties, students needs to complete the undergraduate education in DAV College.

This college is being established and run by a progressive and visionary management team by which forms the foundation for developing this college as centre of excellence.  With the state of art infrastructure and Renowned Teachers team, the journey of B.Sc. has been started in 2014. Which has been able to run its regular classes in an Ultramodern Class room that is sophisticated with LED Display set along with Air condition that is progressively playing role towards enhancing the teaching and learning process through audio visual mode. The college is felicitated  with best Laboratory set up where students are skilled with 40 plus individual practical in each subject in each year. Both the analytical and Research laboratory of the college is enabling the students to carry out and developing their skill towards carrying out different types of experimental research in each year. This is the vital thing for an undergraduate students future since they are being prepared for tomorrow research and applied world of science and technology. We are building the students strong enough in both theoretical as well as practical matters by conducting regular classes added with proposal writing, report writing, article writing , publications and presentation from the very first year the help them to cope with this scientific journey.

We are delighted in inviting various professors and scholars to deliver the guest lecture on different emerging topics every year that encourages the students to face the future challenges. The classes conducted by different technical experts before any industrial visit (( Dairy, Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Water, Biofertilizer etc_) enabling them for their carrier goal after the completion of course. The talk program, Virtual lectures organized in the college from time to time by inviting different researchers play significant role for their academic goal.

The college manages to organize different National as well as international conferences and Seminars and assures students participation in any such type of program that cultivates them with the scenario around the world.

The research centers visits; Field excursion has been able in building more confidence in them for their interest.
We are always concern with overall growth and development of the students for this we are proving facilities of Yoga and Meditation, Foot ball, Cricket, Basket Ball, Table Tennis, Dance, Music etc), for their personality development. Blood Donation Campaign, Dental and Blood Grouping Campaign and Social Camp, have been important tool for the students for their  leadership development and being social responsible.

Regarding research data management we manages SPSS, Strata, WHONET etc Training, Training on molecular Technology ( PCR, ELISA, Electrophoresis, Cell line Culture , HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer etc) , that has been possible by National and International MOU of college.

The Simulation program in Research Methodology is preparing our students to conduct a research work at the time any type of disease outbreak by contacting concern authority.

We are also providing Special entrepreneur training  in Nepal as well as in other countries ( Biofertilizer such as Vermicompost, Mushroom Cultivation, Tissue Culture , Biofuel Production, Bioremediation , Microbiological Culture media formulation etc) that will make them be an independent entrepreneurs in future in their own field . Carrier Counseling program by Foreign Scholars seeding the student to search and go in various university across the world by getting scholarship for further study. Quality control Training ,Internship in various organization enabling them to seek for Placement opportunities in esteemed organization across the country as well as Outside.

Finally all this effort has been proved fruitful by winning different National Awards by our students within this very short period of journey and has able to be First choice for the study of B.Sc. ( Microbiology, Physics and Geology) by academicians , Parents , Students and Concern authority.
