Vianet is looking for :

1. Position: VP/Head, Marketing and Sales
JOB DETAILS:
> Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
> Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
> Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
> Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
> Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
> Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
> Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
> Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
> Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
> Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
> Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
> Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
> Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
> Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
> Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
> Other duties as assigned


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
> Experience in related industry or FMCG.
> Extremely savvy person with knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
> Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
> This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Master’s Degree in Marketing and ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.
> Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

2. Position: Corporate Marketing- Manager
Job Details:
> Contributes to the development of a marketing strategy and tactics consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives through the use of data driven recommendations and strategic briefs
> Defines measures of success, objectives, recommends choice of media, and allocates resources so marketing strategies are effective, economical, and appropriate for the intended audience
> Selects and manages employees who report direct; as well as works cross functionally daily across a highly complex matrix organization to deliver results
> Adjusts marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions “on the fly” utilizing data and analytical skills; conducts post mortems and deep dives of how to improve marketing effectiveness future state
> Liaises with other cross-functional managers to ensure that marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with corporate objectives
> Drives Marketing projects to completion by leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of marketing professionals that effectively implement the marketing strategy and deliver on enterprise objectives
> Demonstrates the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to the changing demands of the consumer based on how the customer is voting with their wallet (financial performance) as well as how the customer is voting with their time (e.g. how the customer chooses to consume the media


Required Minimum Qualifications:
> 5 years’ experience in Marketing or related field
> Background of the Sales and Marketing Manager
> Extremely savvy person
> All round sales and marketing experience gained from a similar sized organization.
> Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
> Relevant industry experience ideally from a competitor.
> Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
