The main objective of NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is to provide micro finance services to household from Hilly and Mountainous regions of Nepal with prime focus on low-income households, assets-less, self-employed in the informal sector to uplift their livelihood increasing involvement in economic activities and income generating activities. Besides all these financial services, it also focuses on their social development, cultural promotion, educational development, skill development.

VACANCY NOTICE
NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha announces vacancy for various positions:

1. Manager
- No. of vacancies: Few
- For the position of Manager, the candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the microfinance sector, including at least 3 years of experience serving as a Department Head or Province Head.

2. Junior Officer
- No. of vacancies: Few
- For the position of Junior Officer, the candidate must be a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and must have at least 1 year of work experience in any organization or institution.

3. Senior Officer
- No. of vacancies: Few
- The candidate must have passed at least the Proficiency Certificate (10+2) level or an equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, along with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Alternatively, the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector.

4, Supervisor
- No. of vacancies: Few
- For the position of Supervisor, the candidate must have at least passed SLC/SEE or an equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Candidates who possess a motorcycle or scooter will be given special preference.

5. Senior Assistant
- No. of vacancies: Few
- The candidate must have passed at least SLC/SEE or an equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, along with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Alternatively, candidates who have completed a Proficiency Certificate or higher qualification from a recognized institution must have at least 2 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Candidates who possess a motorcycle or scooter will be given special preference

6. Officer
- No. of vacancies: Few
- The candidate must have passed at least the Proficiency Certificate (10+2) level or an equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, along with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Alternatively, the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector.

7. Junior Officer

- The candidate must have passed the CA/ACCA exam. For the managerial level, the candidate must have at least 2 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Similarly, for the Senior Officer position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in any organization or institution.

10. Deputy Manager
- No. of vacancies: Few
- For the position of Deputy Manager, the candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the microfinance sector, including at least 3 years of experience serving as a Department Head or Province Head.

AGE LIMIT
For Managerial Level
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 58 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 63 yrs

For Officer Level
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 45 yrs

For Assistant Level
- Male: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs
