VACANCY NOTICE
Nepal Scouts, the national scouting organization and a member of WOSM and WAGGGS, invites applications from highly motivated and qualified Nepali citizens for the position of Director (Chief Executive).

Position: Director (Chief Executive)
- Reports to: Chief Commissioner/ National Executive Committee
- Grade: Equivalent to Joint Secretary of Government of Nepal
- Contract Type: Full-Time (As per the employee by-law of Nepal Scouts)

Overall Purpose:
The Director will provide strategic leadership, operational management, and act as the Chief Executive Officer. The role encompasses financial stewardship, resource mobilization, international representation, and overall organizational development in line with the Nepal Scouts National Strategic Plan.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree and other degrees are preferred.
