1. Officer Level
> No. of Vacancy: Few (Department Head-finance, Internal Audit, Credit Risk)
> Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of vacancy
> Qualification & Experience: CA/Semi-qualified CA with minimum of 1 year experience in related department or Masters Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years experience in related department of NRB licensed BFI’s or Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years experience in related department of NRB licensed BFIs.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
> Should be acquainted with day to day functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
> Should have overall knowledge of the various Acts, policies related to banking industry including Unified NRB Directive.
> Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
> Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the department.
> Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
> Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the task.

2. Officer Level

> Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years experience in banking sector or Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years experience in banking sector.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
> Should be acquainted with sales, credit and operations functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
> Should have overall knowledge of the various Acts, policies related to banking industry including Unified NRB Directive.
> Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities
> Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the branch
> Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
> Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the branch business & targets.

3. Assistant/Sr. Assistant/ Supervisor
> No. of Vacancy: Few
> Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of vacancy
> Qualification & Experience: Masters Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 2 years experience in banking sector or Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years experience in banking sector. Candidates having prior experience in Credit Risk and Finance & Reporting Department shall be preferred.

4. Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant Trainee

> Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University
> Selection Process: Interview or written examination and interview
