Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) as a public limited company received operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank as D class financial institution on 2075/06/22 to operate under Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2073.  It is providing micro-financial services to the low income & underprivileged peoples through our Branch Offices which are located in different parts of Country.

VACANCY NOTICE
Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a National Level Microfinance Institution seeks applications from qualified Neplese citizens for the following positions.

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER -1
Qualification & Experience :
- Must have passed Chartered Accountancy from a recognized institutions and licensed by ICAN.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Related field.
- Position can be reconsidered for the candidates having strong experience of compitiency.

2. SENIOR OFFICER : 1
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized univercity and at least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources department of any recognized institutions.Priority shall be given for the candidates having experience in any BFI. or,
- Masters' Degree in Management Faculty from recognized univercity and at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources department of any recognized institutions.Priority shall be given for the candidates having experience in any BFI.

For both positions
Age Criteria: Age should not exceed 40 years (for female candidates 45 years) as on application deadeline with a minimum age of 21 years.

Selection Process: Interview.

Salary, Allowances and other facilities: As per institutions' Policies.
