Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) has been established in October 20, 2011 (2068/07/03), by an Act of parliament of Nepal by upgrading existing Karnali Zonal Hospital at Jumla. The goal of KAHS is to enable an access in Quality healthcare services and education for the people of backward (Pichhadiyako) areas in affordable cost by establishing health institute at Jumla and KAHS working district to produce skilled health professionals to deliver quality health care services and conduct health researches.

Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS), Teaching Hospital, Jumla, Karnali invites application for permanent recruitment to various vacant academic, technical, and administrative positions in different services and groups at the Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS). These vacant positions are to be fulfilled by internal, open and Inclusive Competitive Examinations.The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination.

Position: Academic, Health, Technical,and Administrative positions
- Type of Examination: Written, computer skill test, and interview.
- Medium of Written Examination: As specified in the curriculum.
- Exam Location, Date, and Time: To be determined by the Public Service Commission and published lat

Age Limit for Candidates:
- Officer level positions: Must be 21 years old by Poush 18, 2081.
- Assistant level positions: Must be 18 years old by Poush 18, 2081
- Administrative positions: Not exceeding 35 years.
- Technical positions: Not exceeding 40 years.
- Health services positions: Not exceeding 45 years.
- For Teachers (Assistant Professor): Not exceeding 45 years.
- There is no age limit for current permanent employees.
